Singing bowls are believed to be traditionally used both in rituals and, more mundanely, as food bowls during the pre-Buddhist Tibetan Bon culture. The sound and vibrations promote a relaxed state perfect for deep meditation, religious practice, creative thinking and intuitive massages.
