1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, intimate apparel, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return: Contact our customer service at craftbhutan@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package for reference.

3. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package without tracking.

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund minus the original shipping fee (unless it was our error).

4. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you wish to change the size or colors in only few selected items.
