Shipment of Your Order
Once your payment has been received, we will prepare and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Shipments are handled by FedEX, DHL and EMS, So please choose the right shipping from the list provided and we will be providing tracking services for your convenience once the item is shipped. Most of our shipments will be delivered without requiring a signature; however, if you prefer extra services, which include a required signature upon delivery, please reach out to us in advance. An additional fee will apply for this service. Regardless of your choice, we will ensure you receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey online.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping fees cover all aspects of handling, packaging, and postage. While handling fees remain fixed, the transport fees depend on the total weight of your shipment. To save on shipping costs, we recommend grouping all desired items into a single order. Please note that once orders are placed separately, we cannot combine them, and each order will incur its own shipping fees. While we take every precaution to ensure that your items arrive safely, please be aware that shipments are made at your own risk.
Packaging

As such, all items are packaged with the utmost care, using generously sized boxes and protective materials to safeguard your purchase during transit. We strive to ensure that your handcrafted treasures reach you in perfect condition.
Returns Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each item is unique. If, however, you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will guide you through the return process and discuss the options available, including exchanges or refunds. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
